His owner attached a GoPro camera to the cat’s neck, like a collar, and as you’ll see in the video below, Maxwell is a HOLY TERROR! He’s seen picking fights with cats and even dogs! Maxwell’s owner created an Instagram page for the bully of a cat, which now has over 2 MILLION followers!
