Imagine eating at your favorite fast-food restaurant, you take a bite out of your food, and you notice a worm!
No one, and I mean, no one, ever wants to have that happen.
But it did happen to a McDonald’s customer recently! Took a bite in of their Filet-O-Fish and found a worm! Then, they proceeded to gross out the internet by sharing a photo of it and reported it to the Department of Health.
And what’s going to be done about it? Likely nothing.
Supposedly, it’s a parasite commonly found in fish and experts say it’s safe to eat assuming it was cooked properly. And others commented that this is a “good thing” because that shows McDonalds is using real fish!
