
Nothing like going out for a brisk run and…making butter?!? Videos are popping up on social media recently that show some runners getting creative with the idea of ‘multi tasking’. As you’ll see in the viral video below, they start by putting cream and salt into a bag, then double bagging it. Next, the runner puts that into their backpack and straps it on. Finally, they take off for their run, all the while, they’re churning butter! Okay, yes, I’ll admit this is kinda cool, but does it really work? Notice I wrote, ‘cream’ and not butter. Big difference in the fat content. But yes, apparently it works!
