Talk about a wild night! A raccoon in Virginia broke into a liquor store last week, knocked over bottles, got drunk and passed out in the bathroom! Animal control officers with the Hanover County Animal Protection and Shelter responded to the drunken break-in and posted the photos below on their Facebook page. Can you imagine being the police officers who took this emergency call?! Guns drawn, seeing the broken liquor bottles, and thinking a robber was still inside! Nope, it was a damn raccoon, just hoping to tie one on! My favorite photo is the one of him sprawled out on the floor next to the toilet!
