Props to the school resource officers in Tippecanoe, Indiana for cracking down on students who repeatedly utter this year’s most moronic phrase, “6-7”. In a clever video (below), a couple of officers are seen entering a classroom and handing out tickets to students who say, “6-7″. As you probably know, ‘6-7’ comes from rapper, Skrilla’s song, ‘Doot Doot (6-7). It’s not just hearing kids say, ‘6-7’, it’s how they say it. They drag it out making it even worse. I had several teachers call in on my show last week, complaining about their students uttering the phrase. One even saying she has become ‘numb to it”. And to make it even worse, Dictionary.com has made ‘6-7’ their Word of 2025. Gee, thanks so much Dictionary.com for building on the nightmare~
