After decades of rocking as the frontman of Whitesnake and a part of Deep Purple, David Coverdale has decided now is the time to retire. He posted the video below on social media this week, thanking fans for all of their support. Coverdale just turned 74 in September and I have a lot of respect for his decision to take off the tight leather pants and relax with a stiff drink, poolside. His Rock-n-Roll journey is one that many up and coming artists dream of achieving. Coverdale has given fans so many great songs and memories. Thankfully, with stations like WJJK, his Classic Hits will live on~
