Our Pacers haven’t been to the NBA Finals since 2020. Thanks to an incredible win this past Saturday night against the Knicks, we are Finals bound! Game 5 was an incredible win because the Knicks were playing dirty and the refs were overlooking several flagrant, obvious fouls. That said, we move forward for what is sure to be our biggest challenge this season. The Oklahoma City Thunder are a very impressive team, ranked #1 in the Western Conference. Their secret weapon? Shai-Gilgeous Alexander, their standout forward who reminds me of a combination of Michael Jordan and Larry Bird. The kid has been unreal at times and you can bet he’s gonna be on fire this Thursday night for Game 1 of the NBA Finals. Our Pacers are more than capable of winning it all…something we’ve yet to achieve…until now~
