Rick Springfield recently had a full-body MRI scan and found out that he has brain damage from an onstage fall 25 years ago!

He says, quote, “I fell 25 feet, hit my head, and then wood came down and hit my head, and then my head hit the stage again.

“I thought I had just broken my wrist, but on the scan I found out I have some brain damage from the fall, so I’m working on trying to repair that.”

Rick says he trys to take care of himself these days because his father died of something preventable simply because he didn’t like to get checked out.

Rick lives a pretty healthy lifestyle, but he also realizes, quote, “I’m the same age as old people.”  He’s 75 and will be at Fishers Event Center in June! CLICK HERE/WJJK CONCERT CALENDAR for more info!
