A traffic camera in Germany captured the image of a speeding driver barreled down the highway going 60 mph. Happens all the time, right? But the odd thing about this photo is the driver. It was Cookie Monster from Sesame Street!
So, the police are now on the hunt for the Sesame Street-loving prankster who the cops think deliberately sped past the camera in hopes in would take a photo of them wearing the outfit.
Not only was the Cookie Monster going 10 MPH over the speed limit, but wearing a costume while driving easily impairs a driver and could have been disasterous!
