Call it “The One With the Game Show.”

To mark the 30th anniversary of “Friends”, streamer Max is producing a four-episode game show based on the classic comedy. Fast Friends, the game show is set to begin production next month at The Friends Experience interactive exhibit in New York.

From racing through Rachel and Monica’s apartment to darting across Joey and Chandler’s bachelor pad and grabbing a coffee at Central Perk, fans will re-live their favorite moments while being put to the test with trivia.  The quickest team will win the title of Ultimate Friends Fan.”

Friends premiered on Sept. 22, 1994, and ran for 10 seasons on NBC, becoming one of the biggest shows of the network’s Must-See TV era. It has lived on ever since in syndication and streaming; Max became the show’s exclusive streaming home in 2021.
