
“The Bear,” “Shogun,” “Baby Reindeer” and “Hacks” were the big winners at last night’s Emmy Awards in L.A. And it was hosted by the father-son duo Eugene and Dan Levy.
‘Shogun’ dominated with 18 Wins, and ‘The Bear’ cooked Up 11. Four awards in the limited series or TV movie category were awarded to “Baby Reindeer.” And, although he once proclaimed he was retiring, Jon Stewart took home an award for best talk series after returning to “The Daily Show.”
Some shining moments: As decorated an actress as Jodie Foster is, she’s never won an Emmy until now. She took to the stage which brought everyone to their feet, to accept the award for outstanding actress in a limited series for her performance in HBO’s “True Detective: Night Country.
TV reunions: Ron Howard and Henry Winkler from Happy Days as presenters!
