AMC Theaters are selling a special drink in honor of the movie, “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice”.

It’s called the Sandworm Slayer, and it’s a 24-ounce cocktail made with blue and black raspberry juice and “premium” vodka and it’s topped with gummy worms. Yummy!

The promotional drink is going viral because someone claimed they paid $31.00 for it!

AMC actually responded to the post.  They claim that the Sandworm Slayer is actually “only” $21.  But the one that went viral was purchased in Illinois, where it’s more expensive because of the state’s liquor pricing laws.

They say it’s 21 bucks in 92% of AMC locations nationwide.  (However, the $31 drink was allegedly bought in California and not Illinois???  No word back from AMC on that.)
