I believe the phrase, ‘thinning the herd’ is appropriate for this next story. A visitor at a zoo in New Jersey thought it would be cute to get a little closer to a Bengal tiger, so she leaped over the fence and was literally able to put her hand through a wire enclosure! As you’ll see in the video below, she’s damn lucky that she didn’t lose her hand or worse! It was noted in this news report from NBC10 Philadelphia that there are warning signs on the animal cages that read, “Do not climb over the fence. Climbing over any zoo fence is against city ordinance 247-C.” I know the zoo is required to post signs like that but honestly, do you really need to be warned?! Did this woman think she was going to pet the cute little 500 POUND tiger?! By the way, police are looking for her~
