Whole milk, 2% or skim? Those are the three options that drivers can choose from should they win this Sunday’s 108th running of the Indianapolis 500. It’s a tradition that was started back in 1936 when winning driver, Louis Meyer, requested a drink of buttermilk. Uh, yea, that’s not exactly what comes to mind when I think of a beverage that will quench my thirst. But it stuck and all these years later, every driver hopes to be chugging and splashing milk in Victory Circle.
26 drivers select WHOLE, 5 drivers select 2% and 2 drivers select SKIM in this year's #Indy500 Milk Preference Poll.
