A gal in West Virginia, named, Chelsea Rohrbugh, has gone viral for her tattoos. And what makes her tattoos so unique? They all represent other people’s issues……or other people’s challenges that are featured.
The tattoo meanings can range anywhere from child abuse, domestic violence, unsolved murder victims and mental health symbolized with designs hand drawn by Rohrbugh herself.
