One of the most successful duos to rise to fame in the 80’s was George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley of WHAM!. And now their story will be shared with fans in an upcoming Netflix documentary simply titled, ‘WHAM!”. Set to be released next month (July 5th), never before seen footage will take us back to the early 80’s to learn more about the creation of this band. George and Andrew were highschool pals who embarked on a global success story. Interviews that we’ve never heard will also be included. With hits like, ‘Wake Me Up Before You Go, Go’, ‘Careless Whisper’, ‘Last Christmas’ and ‘Everything She Wants’, WHAM! found their way onto the charts and quickly a fanbase was born.
