Why does the theme song from “Jaws” keep going through my head? Well, one thing for sure….I won’t be swimming in the Chicago River anytime soon……Not after seeing pictures and videos of “Chonkosaurus”!

Chonkosaurus is huge snapping turtle recently filmed in the river when he was resting on a huge chain in the river. How huge you ask? Well, they estimate that Chonkosaurus tips the scales at around 60-70 pounds. Seriously! This is the “stuff” that nightmares and “B” horror movies are made of!
