This is too funny. A guy in Lincoln, Nebraska won $10.00 on a lottery scratch-off ticket and went down to the Lottery office to claim the prize.
But that’s not all…..he wanted a photo with a giant check, you know like they do for all the BIG winners!
But lottery officials played along, they created a $10 check and took his photo with it.
