Taking ya back to 1979 today……Remember the Coca-Cola commercial with Mean Joe Greene and Tommy Okon?

You know the one……where Joe Greene from the Pittsburgh Steelers was limping to the locker room and a young fan offers him his drink. #75 downs the drink, and throws the kid his jersey with the classic line…..”Hey kid…..catch”!

The commercial was a part of Coca-Cola’s “Have a Coke and a Smile” ad campaign of the late 1970s. The commercial’s set-up and payoff is classic simple advertising, and it has been named one of the top ads of all time….
