New Jersey rocker Jon Bon Jovi and Canadian singer Bryan Adams canceled separate appearances on Saturday night after testing positive for COVID-19. They join a number of artists who have contracted the virus despite vaccination.
In Bon Jovi’s case, fans were already in a Miami venue and waiting for the show to start. Instead, they got a PA announcement that the show would not happen. Joni’s reps said he’s fully vaccinated and doing fine. They’re trying to figure out how to reschedule the shows.
Bryan Adams had been set to perform during Tina Turner’s Induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Saturday night, but was replaced by country star Keith Urban. Adams says he’s been vaccinated and showing no symptoms. Courtesy: YouTube
