Video: Prankster Dressed As Michael Myers Holding A Knife Spotted In Texas!

Residents in Galveston, Texas have already had a terrifying week thanks to Tropical Storm Nicholas. So did they really need this clown (in the video below) wandering the beaches, dressed as Michael Myers from ‘Halloween’?! He was holding a knife, covered in blood! Cops were called and discovered the props were fake and this was just an early Halloween prank. Only thing that would have made it better was if he did it closer to dusk~
