Parking’s not for everyone. In fact, for some, it causes them high anxiety. A motorist in the U.K. is getting worldwide attention for his 8 MINUTE attempt at backing up into a parking space! A nearby resident named Andrei Dalca was in his apartment when he noticed the challenged parker below. So he began filming and even commentating the spectacle.
