Mark Wahlberg stands 5′ 8″ and usually weighs around 180 pounds. But he’s going through a crazy body transformation for a new role in his upcoming movie, “Stu“, and to up his weight, he’s eating 7,000 calories per day! Wahlberg’s goal is to add on an additional 30 pounds as he prepares to play a boxer. So how is achieving that new weight? His morning starts around 3:00 and he begins with 4 eggs, then starts in on a workout. Here’s how the rest of his diet looks:
* Eight eggs, six strips of bacon, a cup of rice, two tablespoons of olive oil, and a protein shake.
- Ground beef or ground turkey and another cup of rice.
- A roasted chicken, more rice, a cup of cooked spinach and a cup of cooked beets.
- An pork chop.
- A salmon filet, MORE rice, olive oil, and beets.
- Chunk of steak, plus a piece of white fish, and lots and lots of vegetables.
- Wahlberg’s late night snack includes cooked steel-cut oatmeal, applesauce, jelly or jam, almond butter, and for good measure, a tablespoon of molasses.
