NBC is likely expecting its ratings to boldly go shooting into outer space, with the announcement that entrepreneur and billionaire Elon Musk, will host the show May 8th.
At first, Musk seems like a really far out choice for a sketch comedy show, but the man behind Tesla and Space X says he\’s ready for the challenge.
SNL says they\’ve taken chances with other guest hosts among them Ralph Nader, Donald Trump, Al Gore and Al Sharpton. But keep this in mind, Elon Musk may be at the helm on May 8th but Miley Cyrus, the musical guest, will steal the show.
