Gene Simmons has had a change of heart apparently and is staying in California. He’s shelled out nearly $6,000,000 for an unbelievable pad in Malibu with a breathtaking view! It was just a few months ago that KISS’s frontman said he had enough of California’s tax rates. He seemed to be leaning towards staying on the west coast, and just heading a little north to Washington state. But after you see the photos in the Twitter post below, pretty sure you’ll agree that Gene made a damn good purchase! And he’s apparently downsizing, with his last mansion selling for $22,000,000 and 16,000 square feet~
