College basketball is alive and well, especially in downtown Indy this month! Even though a limited number of fans will be allowed in the stands, there will be some empty seats for social distancing. Or maybe not. The NCAA has created a cool promotion when you can purchase a cardboard cutout of yourself, your kids, parents, even your DOG and then that cutout will be placed in the stands at arena! $100 per cutout, but all proceeds will benefit the United Way’s Central Indiana COVID Relief program.
