Now I see why the character in Dr. Seuss’s classic story, ‘Green Eggs & Ham’ was so adamant in refusing the unusual delicacy. While reading the book recently, my soon to be 5 year old asked, “Daddy, I wanna try green eggs and ham!”. Excellent, because my wife and I wrestle with him every week about trying new foods and it’s usually a 50/50 chance he’ll do it. He’s not a big fan of eggs just yet, so I thought maybe the green coloring would make it fun and different like it was in the book! Here’s our short video.
