The pandemic has caused The Recording Academy to ditch their plans for their annual MusiCares gala event ahead of The Grammys, which is usually invitation only. The biggest names will be there including McCartney, Ringo, Mick Fleetwood, Carole King, Lionel Richie and others. Not only will it be a rockin’ night of music, but rare archival footage of Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen and Stevie Nicks will be shared. It’s actually a good thing it’s going virtual because for the first time ever, they’ll be holding a virtual benefit show on Friday March 12th, called, ‘Music On A Mission’ that you can enjoy for just $25. Proceeds from the show will help those working behind the scenes in the music industry who have definitely been impacted because of the pandemic.  Click here for tickets:  MUSICARES EVENT
