I cannot tell you how excited I am to give this update! The new owners of THEE home that was used in the movie ‘Silence Of The Lambs’, has decided to turn the property into a one of a kind Airbnb! That’s right, you can stay the night at Buffalo Bill’s home, tour the basement and SEE THE ACTUAL PIT!! Okay, it’s not the actual pit, but the owner is recreating one. I visited their website and it looks like they aren’t taking reservations just yet, but you can sign up to receive their e-newsletter with updates. Here it is:

This property is amazing! You can also get married there on their 1.7 acre property. Chris Rowan is the new owner and has a background an art director and prop stylist for movies. He obviously saw the incredible possibilities in buying the Buffalo Bill house. I am so envious of Chris and wish him much success! Our family will be out to visit later this year (okay, my wife is rolling her eyes…it might just be me coming for a visit!)
