A few years ago, we decided to try and deep fry our Thanksgiving turkey. Had always cooked the bird in the oven. I was blown away at how good it was! Well of course, it was DEEP FRIED! But before you try it yourself, do like I did, and turn to the experts…on YouTube. I found this video below that has great instructions on how to prepare the turkey, proper cooking time and temp, and above all, safety tips that you should take very seriously. No one wants to end up in the E.R. on Thanksgiving.
