If you golf, or if you’re a fan of golf…..you realize that a “hole-in-one” is pretty rare! The odds of making a hole in one for just the novice golfer are 12,500 to 1. For professional golfers, the odds of making a hole in one drop to 2,500 to 1. So, either or, pretty rare……right?
Professional golfer Jon Rahm got a hole-in-one during a practice round at the Masters yesterday, and it was incredible. There was a water hazard between Rahm and the green, but instead of hitting the ball over the water, he skipped it across the surface. The ball skipped across the water three times, hit land, then rolled all the way across the green and into the cup. Oh, and it just happened to be Rahm’s 26th birthday!
