After nearly six decades with Motown Records, Stevie Wonder has decided to go his separate way. 60 YEARS!! That’s an incredible run! The Motown legend made the surprising announcement yesterday during a virtual press conference, saying he has joined forces with Republic Records.

Stevie has released two new songs, “Where Is Our Love Song” and “Can’t Put It In The Hands Of Fate” (which you can hear below). I really like his “Love Song”. It’s the Stevie Wonder sound that fans have always appreciated. And his other release, “Hands Of Fate” addresses the political and social issues of the day. He’s joined by Busta Rhymes, Rapsody, Cordae and Chika.

Some fans have already givin’ it a big thumbs up, knowing that music has always been a platform to express our feelings for change in society. According to NME.com, Stevie said even though he’s left Motown, he’ll never really leave ‘Motown’ and perhaps would still create gospel music there.
