Okay, good new and bad news with this story. First the good news: The Slippery Inn announced last week that they would be holding their first official haunted tours this month! Now the bad: the tours sold out faster than you could say, “Did you hear that noise?!”. They have three dates on the books, but I gotta think that with this much interest they’ll add more dates. They’d be fools not to! It’s Halloween and there are A LOT of folks who are just itchin’ to get out of their house and into a haunted one! The Slippery Noodle Inn is the oldest tavern in Indiana and is said to have been in the path of the ‘Underground Railroad’ back in the day. Staff and guests have claimed to have heard whispering in the building, sightings of woman dressed in attire from the lat 1800s, and cold spots. I’d suggest following the Slippery Noodle on Facebook, as they may be giving an update for added tour dates.
