It’s located in Perropolis, Pennsylvania and the asking price is $298,500. It’s a beautiful Victorian style home that would make an incredible home…or the next great Airbnb! Think about it, horror movie fans from all around the globe would be more than ready to check in for a creep overnights stay! If I had the coin I would buy it in a hot second! And I would bet it will fetch closer to $500,000…maybe even more if a Hollywood studio gets involved. We saw this happen with the home that was used for exterior shots for the TV classic ‘The Brady Bunch’. HGTV dropped over $3,000,000 for that famous pad. There are so many things you could do to recreate that amazing ‘Silence Of The Lambs’ set and let fans truly be a part of it! Wouldn’t be surprised if Progressive rented the home for a new commercial and paid Jodi Foster and Ted Levine (he played Buffalo Bill) to star in it!
