One of the most beloved annual traditions in downtown Indy will look quite different this year. Circle Of Lights will take place on Friday November 27th…but without the thousands of spectators.
You’ll be able to catch it on WTHR channel 13. The pandemic has once again caused organizers and city officials to adjust yet another Indy favorite event. Coupled with flu season arriving soon, this is the best call.
And props to the men and women of IBEW Local 481 who do a fantastic job decorating the monument. A tall task (pardon the pun) and one that be appreciated even more this holiday season~
