Sometimes the obvious answer is right in front of us…or in this case, in a local hardware store. A Cincinnati man came up with a brilliant way to keep trick-or-treaters safe next month. He uses a large PVC pipe that he’s attached to his hand railing in front of his house. When kids come up for a treat, he simply slides some packaged candy down the tube right into their Halloween bag or bucket. Brilliant! Great story from KSDK:
