As the restaurant’s top-selling signature cocktail, the Elmo Cola combines the restaurant’s own dark cherry and vanilla bourbon with cola. Not the typical cocktail in a can, these 12-ounce cans are 11 percent alcohol by volume.

“St. Elmo Steak House\’s retail program was born from the concept of getting our signature items and flavors into people\’s homes,” said Craig Huse, president of Huse Culinary. “A ready-to-drink Elmo Cola cocktail takes this convenience to a whole new level.
