One of the most famous crosswalks in the world has finally gotten a makeover! Abbey Road in London, made famous by The Beatles, received a fresh new paint job. Because it is THEE biggest tourist attraction in London, drawing fans who have to stop and take a selfie, crews weren\’t able to keep up with painting it. Well now that folks are staying home due to the coronavirus pandemic, the crosswalk is empty these days. When I first saw these photos, I was torn, because I liked the worn out, \’vintage\’ look of the crosswalk lines. But I imagine in person it probably looked even rougher. Could have been renamed, \’Shabby Road\’. Now with a fresh coat of paint, tourists will soon be able to enjoy the historic landmark.
