I\’ve driven on I69 many, many times and usually drive about 70 mph, even though the speed limit is 60. Hey, I\’m just trying to keep up with the traffic and not get run over! More times than I can count I\’ve witnessed someone going 90+ mph on I69. But the tweet below from Indiana State Police Sgt John Perrine takes that cake! He pulled over a motorist after clocking him at 120 mph!!! And to make matters worse, it was in a construction zone. Was this guy qualifying for the Indy 500?! Seriously, it ain\’t worth it…especially in the construction zones. Don\’t get in a hurry, or like this guy, you\’ll have be even more delayed while sitting in jail~
Trooper Nick Klingkammer, driving his unmarked @FordMustang, pulled this car over for 1️⃣2️⃣0️⃣mph on I-69 near Fishers tonight 😳
It’s an active @INDOT #WorkZone, speed limit is 6️⃣0️⃣mph
Driver asked for a warning🤦♂️
