Something very similar JUST happened to my wife last week! Jenni was letting our soon to be 2 year old watch a YouTube video on her iPhone. Next thing she knows, he has it totally locked up! It’s those busy little fingers! Once she did get it unlocked, she wasn’t able to send text messages for a few hours. It was crazy! 

As big and powerful as Apple is, wouldn’t you think they’d have a secret “back door” way of fixing individual problems like this? They say either do a total reboot, and of course lose EVERYTHING in the phone, or wait out the 47 years and try then. Come on Apple, do better~
