It appears that Bruce Springsteen is on Gene Simmons’ “good list”. In 2009 the Boss released the song “Outlaw Pete”, which some say sounds like the KISS hit “I Was Made For Loving You” in 1979. Simmons recently told The Guardian that his band didn’t sue because, “We like Springsteen”. Take a listen for yourself. Here’s “Outlaw Pete”. Sorry but I’m not hearing the similarity. Paul Stanley had even chimed in on the matter earlier saying that he didn’t think the Boss did it intentionally.

The Guardian interview with Gene is pretty interesting because well, it’s Gene Simmons! He talks about how life isn’t always fair and how he loves the sound of his own voice (big surprise). Read more of it here: WHY KISS DIDN’T SUE SPRINGSTEEN
