A Jack Russell Terrier named Twinkie loves popping balloons, and has set a new Guiness World Record for popping 100 balloons in less than 40 seconds! The record was previously held by Twinkie’s mother Anastacia. This is a challenge for my dog, Oscar, who will eat almost ANYTHING!
