Every day some 22 U.S. veterans commit suicide. That’s alarming, tragic and has to stop. Journalist Soledad O’Brien has created a powerful documentary that follows two Iraq War veterans who face the very thought of taking their lives. But a boot camp, specifically designed to help these heroes, gives them a lifeline and a sense of brotherhood. This film isn’t political and isn’t about war. It’s a very serious problem that affects men and women who have served our country, only to return home broken. They are our sons, daughters, husbands, wives, fathers, mothers and friends. “The War Comes Home” will play in over 300 theaters across the U.S. on Tuesday May 24th at 7pm. You can see it at the IMAX theater on Indy’s south side, located at 4325 S Meridian St.
