Billboard.com has put out a massive collection of ‘Greatest of All Time’ lists. The highlights include a series on the best chart performers, on the Hot 100 singles chart and the Billboard 200 albums chart. Since it’s based on chart action and not necessarily actual sales . . . it levels the playing field between older and newer acts. Here’s a brief rundown . . .
