You’re not alone. Hotels lose up to $50,000.00 a year from the stuff that gets stolen out of the rooms, and now they are starting to do something about it.
A company in Miami has created a tiny, cheap chip that hotels can now put in their towels, robes, and other items. And more than 2,000 hotels have already started using them!
And the hotels won’t call the cops if you swipe something, but they will track down the towels and ask for them back, or possibly even charge you for them!
