Gregg Alman’s life story was to be made into a movie, but on the first day of filming, tragedy struck. A member of the film crew was accidentally struck and killed by a train. Investigation and legal issues continue.
– Christine McVee comes out of retirement to join Fleetwood Mac on tour.
– KISS finally inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, after years of being overlooked.
– The music world said a tearful goodbye to Lou Reed, Joe Cocker, Jimi Jamison of Survivor, Paul Revere of Paul Revere and the Raiders and Jack Bruce of Cream.
-Paul Simon and wife Edie Brickell were arrested this year for a spat that got the attention of the police. A slap, some blood, he said, she said.
-AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd was charged with attempting to hire a hit man, for not one murder, but allegedly two hits. Chargers were later dropped. But still, best to stay on Phil’s good side~
