…Mick Fleetwood is telling his life story, again. His latest memoir, Play On: Now, Then, and Fleetwood Mac gives fans a look at various moments in the singer’s life. Mick opens up about this problems with the bottle and cocaine, his affair with Stevie Nicks, rocky marriage to model Jenny Boyd and discusses other band members. Mick talked with ABC News Radio, saying,
"It's not a tittle-tattle-type book," adding, "I'm very confident that there's nothing in this document that is a presumption on someone else's life, that might hurt or betray or not be appropriate."
Back in the early 90s Mick opened up to fans with is autobiography, Fleetwood. He claims that while writing Play On, "I was taking care of myself, not drinking like a fish like I used to."
Something different with this memoir is adding details on the return of Christine McVie. He insists that his book wasn’t purposely timed to coincide with McVie’s return.
