Recently on the Morning Show, Joni and I told you about a movement that had some suggesting we move Halloween from October 31st to the last Saturday in the month. LOTS of push back from those that like to keep traditions \”as is\”. Well now the National Halloween & Costume Association has started a petition to create a SECOND day of getting/giving candy, known as the national \’Trick-or-Treat Day\’ on the last Saturday.
