Ric Ocasek, frontman and lead singer for new-wave icons The Cars, was found dead in his New York City home yesterday  Police say a family member found the Rock N Roll Hall of Famer\’s body and \”there doesn\’t appear to be anything suspicious about his death at this time. 

To this day one of my all time favorite road trip songs is \”Shake It Up\”.  R,I.P. Ric and keep on making your cool & beautiful music in that great Rock N Roll Band in Heaven!
