It appears the \”Stairway to Heaven\” case will have it\’s day in court…..again.

You remember this….the band Spirit was suing Led Zeppelin saying they stole the iconic riff/opening to \”Stairway to Heaven\” from a song they had recorded earlier called \”Taurus\”.

The case has been re-opened because the prosecutors said that the jury did not get to hear the actual music in court…..the Justice Department has defended Led Zeppelin, and will allow another trial…this time with the music played in court.
